Any small problems that have come up have been promptly taken care of. Absolute phenomenal service and repair work. I would give 10 stars if I could!! I was referred to Comfort World by my electrician when my A/C didn’t seem to be working properly (of course on a Saturday and 114 degrees out). The owner Matt, personally came out and spent over 4 hours diagnosing the unit on a Saturday. It had sucked up a filter into the duct and also needed electrical rework .Matt was the most honest and genuine A/C service tech I’ve ever worked with. Didn’t try to sell me service plans or add/ons (thank you thank you!!!) My unit went back to working properly and Matt also educated me on how to properly service it with routine filter changes. Finally an A/C company that isn’t in it to rip off a single lady homeowner! I will be calling on Comfort World for my routine servicing -and again can’t say how appreciative I am to have found them. I highly recommend!

Had my new 4 ton 2 cycle heating and air installed a few days ago after my 21 year old unit finally gave in.  Could not be happier from start to finish. The whole process of shopping, buying, and installing an AC unit is a monumental undertaking. I know Matt and his co workers are the best around and the results show just that. His attention to detail, and explanation of everything involved helped tremendously. It is never easy having to replace a unit, but I know I made the 100% right decision by using Comfort World. This is one of the most reliable and honest HVAC companies that I have ever worked with. In business for myself for more than 20 years, and with more than 12 retail locations in Phoenix at one time, I have had the experience to work with many different HVAC vendors. Very pleased. I’ve used them twice for a commercial AC job. My call is answered promptly – even on a weekend. What they commit to, they get done. And, promptly. I’ve had many commercial AC companies do work over many years. Some I’ve had good results with. Others, not so much. Not sure why it’s so hard to find a reputable company. I believe Comfort World has proven they are worth the call.

I have used Comfort World for installation and ongoing maintenance for my church A/C units. They have always provided a high level of service. The techs are knowledgeable and very thorough on inspections. The repair recommendations provide me with several options that meet the budget of our church. From complex 25 ton units to simpler split systems, they are knowledgeable and take the extra effort to research problems and good long term solutions. With the semi-annual inspections we have saved a lot of money catching minor things that could become expensive in the long run. I also use them for my personal residence where they installed a new unit with duct modifications that improved efficiency and cooling. I have recommended them to neighbors who have been very happy to find a company that is honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
